Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. You will perform pick/pack duties, receive shipments, manage inventory, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our site and kitchen areas where applicable.

You should be comfortable working a fluid schedule across peak shifts, and be able to lift up to 49 pounds while following health and safety guidelines. Prior experience in food retail or restaurant environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Familiar with basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets from vendors and verify counts against invoices.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Handle products safely and move them using carts and equipment.
