Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate (OA) to join the Towson, MD team. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform core tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with driver partners to ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires reliability, the ability to stand and walk during shifts, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and resolve discrepancies with PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Maintain FIFO and manage waste/spoilage.
