Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to support picking, packing, receiving, and FIFO inventory control at the Baltimore site. Roles include handling food/beverage prep, potential kitchen work, and coordinating with drivers for deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure inventory counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and overall facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage per FIFO guidelines.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Operate equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
