Job summary

Gopuff is seeking motivated Operations Associates to join our on-site operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and handle packing, receiving, inventory management, and coordination with drivers.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining facility cleanliness while following safety guidelines. This role supports providing quick, reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Restaurant/retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st-3rd shifts.
• Basic computer skills with web-based apps (Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs purchase orders/invoices.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Operate safely using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
