Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join our operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform essential tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and assisting with kitchen items if applicable.

Responsibilities include inventory control, forklift and hand truck use, and adhering to FIFO and safety guidelines. The role may involve working in freezer locations and standing for long periods on various shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility; follow safety guidelines.
