You’ll manage customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions, ensure accuracy, and keep systems updated with real-time statuses. Candidates should be flexible with weekends/holidays, comfortable with technology (Excel), detail-oriented, and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
