Job summary

The role requires strong analytical ability, proactive problem solving, and experience transforming ambiguity into structured plans.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role.
• You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive, with a mindset to translate problems into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition to implementation, solving ambiguous problems.
• Work across hardware, software, and people to improve inventory, staffing, asset-tracking, and manufacturing data.
• Structure ambiguity with first principles thinking and perform scrappy analyses on tight timelines.
• Develop strong familiarity with ERP, MRP, HRIS systems and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead large meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions.
