Join a recruiting operations team that combines AI tools with hands‑on support to connect startup candidates and hiring teams. As an Operations Associate, you will keep candidate introductions moving from shortlist through scheduled interview, working closely with the Salt Lake City sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and help them prepare for initial conversations.
• Follow up with hiring managers to collect timely feedback on introduced candidates.
• Review candidate lists for role, location, salary, and prior candidate preferences before sharing them with clients.
• Keep candidate statuses, notes, and next steps accurate and current.
• Investigate recurring operational issues and implement fixes or propose improvements.
• Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, while reviewing their output.

What We’re Looking For

Location

Hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The first two weeks include in‑person onboarding in Salt Lake City.
