Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a part-time internship to support the operations team in coordinating candidates and hiring managers from introductions through interviews. The role is remote with hybrid in Utah, starting November 2026 for three months.

You will call and text candidates, schedule interviews, review candidate lists, and help keep the process organized. This internship offers practical exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and a collaborative environment with leadership.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years of experience; prior internship experience is not required.
• Recent or current customer-facing, coordination, recruiting, scheduling, support, or sales experience.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort speaking with new people by phone.
• Curiosity about AI tools or automation is helpful.
• Available to work 20 hours per week for three months starting November 2026.
• Based in Utah's Salt Lake or Utah County area, or able to commute to Salt Lake City or Lehi for in-person work.
