Job summary

Crane Solutions LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, enter details into the TMS, and coordinate with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the status of shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Enters shipment location, date and time into TMS.
• Contacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet to determine driver location.
• Escalates potential or existing service failures to Carrier Sales and Business Development.
• Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure service level expectations are achieved and clients are informed of shipment status.
• Secures shipment and carrier documentation (bills of lading, PODs, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
