Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter information into computer systems to prepare correspondence.
• Prepare and send receipts, invoices, statements, and checks.
• Process licenses, permits, titles and related documents.
• Handle mail, calls, and messages; route and file records.
• Proofread, index and post data in ledgers and reports.
• Support team with routine clerical tasks and special projects.
