Job summary

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking reliable team members for clerical and customer service support in our Albuquerque service center. The role involves applying data-entry, billing and office tasks in a fast-paced environment, with evening and as-needed shifts.

You'll interact with customers and management to ensure timely pickups, accurate documentation and high service levels while handling multi-tasking and time-critical duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D is preferred.
• Good typing/data entry and clerical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
