Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operations Assistant in Madison, WI to join the Triage team supporting sample processing and logistical operations. The role emphasizes organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

You will go through sample boxes, sort samples based on priority, scan packages into the tracking database, flag priority samples and record quantities. You will also label samples, assist with shipping and dock operations, and participate in team efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred for growth opportunities
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and software applications
• Prompt and reliable work ethic

First shift, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (with occasional overtime and weekend rotation)
