Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembler for a full-time six-month contract in Everett, WA, with the possibility of extension or hire. Schedule is typically M-F, 5 AM to 1:30 PM.

The role involves reading blueprints and specifications, operating hand and electrical tools, maintaining workstation inventory, and performing quality checks to identify defects. Ideal candidates have an HS diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 3 years without a diploma, including testing and assembly

• HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• In the absence of an HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Testing and assembly must have at least 3-year experience.

• Reworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
• Performs all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Eligibility & Conditions

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
