Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician in Londonderry, NH. This full-time contract role may convert to hire after 12 months, with a 4/10 schedule and 5:00am start.

You will assemble mechanical, optical or electrical components following strict instructions and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience, plus basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate software.

Job description

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician.

Position Type: Full-time Contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Londonderry, NH 03053
Schedule: 4/10 Monday to Thursday, availability to work Friday/Saturday when required.
Start time 5:00am

• Clean assembly parts after rework have been completed.
• Also, assembles mechanical, optical or electrical components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational, quality, and cosmetic requirements.
• Remove bond from rework assembly parts utilizing different tools and chemicals to facilitate the rework process in our rework area.
  Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Complete basic testing operations by loading units, starting test programs, and evaluating basic pass/fail criteria.
• Continuously performs visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly.
• Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified interval.
• Perform accurate data and record keeping.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives.
• Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional team work.
• Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedure.
• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
• Participates in meetings and working groups to solve problems, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and maintains specific level of knowledge pertaining to new requirements or policies.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Computer literate.
• Navigate a computers different software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using/cleaning different types of bonds used in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated proficiency at completing 1-3 different operations within a work cell.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $20 - $21 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
