Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Event Operations Manager to drive strategy, planning, and flawless execution of enterprise live events across our global offices. You will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-production to onsite and post-event evaluation, partnering with executive stakeholders and vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in event operations and a track record with hybrid and multi-camera productions, plus strong leadership and SOP development skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in live event operations or corporate event management.
• 5+ years in senior or managerial roles supporting executive-level events.
• Proven track record with hybrid events and multi-camera productions.
• Experience leading onsite operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong run-of-show planning and technical readiness workflows.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and provide operational recommendations.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and crisis-management skills.
• Experience developing event processes, SOPs, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for enterprise live events.
• Own event readiness workflows, pre-production meetings, and run-of-show scripts.
• Serve as primary ops contact for executive stakeholders during high-profile events.
• Partner with AV, Workplace, Production, Communications, and vendors.
• Oversee onsite event operations, crew, logistics, timing, cues, and risk mitigation.
• Identify operational risks and develop contingency and recovery plans for hybrid and in-person events.
• Develop, document, and refine event operations standards, SOPs, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide Event Operations Managers, Specialists, and Coordinators.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing event performance and leadership feedback.
• Support long-range planning for event spaces, technology upgrades, staffing models.
• Maintain relationships with external production vendors and service providers.
