Job summary

Seattle Social Housing Developer seeks a Director of Operations to translate strategy into coordinated execution across a growing portfolio of social housing projects. The role connects COO-led initiatives with property management, asset management, finance, compliance, and resident governance to ensure commitments move from decision to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational dashboards and briefing materials for the COO and leadership.
• Maintain enterprise calendars, SOP library, and implementation trackers.
• Lead onboarding of new property-management capacity and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to surface dependencies and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Support risk management, compliance, and resident-governance processes.
