Job summary

Housing Connector is seeking a Senior Director of Property Partnerships in Seattle to lead national growth and acquisition strategies. This player/coach role drives partnerships, develops the team, and negotiates multi‑market opportunities, with a focus on scalable processes and territory coverage.

You will guide the Strategic Partnerships function, collaborate across products and operations, and ensure strong handoffs to Market and Partner Success teams while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships or growth roles, including team leadership.
• Experience closing multi‑market deals and coaching others.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and performance reporting skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into territory plans and account playbooks.
• Willingness to travel across markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop the Strategic Partnerships team.
• Define Housing Connector’s national growth strategy and territory plans.
• Lead or co‑lead complex multi‑market opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Own national pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and time‑to‑close.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Partner Success for improvements.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Market and Partner Success teams.
