Responsibilities

• Own and update the business plan for each property.
• Review monthly financial performance against budget and prior periods.
• Analyze rent rolls, occupancy, leasing velocity, and operating expenses.
• Identify root causes of underperformance and develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate with property management to implement improvements.
