Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations, process design, project execution, vendor coordination, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions and outcomes.
• Build lightweight, repeatable processes that scale with the company.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver complete outcomes.
• Identify risks early and escalate consequential decisions when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle information responsibly.
• Communicate progress, constraints and results clearly to teammates.
