Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to analyze operational performance, support delivery workflow execution, and contribute to management-level decisions on efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvements.

The role focuses on performance analysis, process optimization, logistics planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements across pickup, sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Organizational Management or a related field with relevant operational coursework.
• We will assign different supervisors to oversee various tasks, with on-the-job training provided through a rotational approach

Responsibilities

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze last-mile delivery data to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and deliver data-driven reports for management decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate workflows across pickup, sorting, dispatch, and delivery to recommend cost-saving process improvements and standardize regional procedures.
• Logistics & Resource Planning: Oversee daily route assignments, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet fluctuating demand and maintain continuity during peak periods.
• Cost Control: Analyze logistics expenses including transportation and labor to identify cost-reduction opportunities and assist with budget planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve bottlenecks, align workflows, and execute logistics projects.
• Industry Benchmarking: Research industry standards and benchmark internal performance to identify strategic efficiency improvements.
