Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including sorting, dispatch, staffing, safety, and KPI reporting. You will lead a team, coordinate with service providers, and ensure efficient parcel flow and SLA adherence.

The role requires hands-on experience with automated sorting machines, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and Excel dashboards. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse, fulfillment or last-mile logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines (cross-belt, tilt-tray, loop sorter).
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics, last-mile delivery flow, and SLA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams, including staffing agency workers.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the automated parcel sorting process.
• Monitor sorting line throughput, accuracy rate, and downtime.
• Operate and supervise automated sorting machines and related equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair requests with vendors/technicians.
• Forecast labor requirements and coordinate staffing with agencies.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA guidelines and SOPs; perform safety audits.
• Maintain real-time visibility on parcel volume, flow and backlog; ensure SLAs are met.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and present updates to senior management.
