Astound is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the National Sales team through data-driven insights and streamlined processes. You will collect and analyze operational data, create reports, and partner with multiple departments to drive efficiency and accuracy in performance metrics.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, vendor coordination, and effective communication while leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, and Smartsheets to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
• Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.
• Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.
• Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.
