Responsibilities

• Support National Sales via billing, project, and vendor management.
• Develop workflow continuity with boundary partners to improve efficiency.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Improve existing processes and implement new procedures to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and outside sources to ensure accurate data and reporting.
• Provide business analysis support and assist with requirements documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement through collaboration with process owners.
