Astound is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the National Sales team with billing, project and vendor management. You will analyze operational data, improve processes, and collaborate across departments to drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business analysis, process mapping, and operation design, with strong Excel/Tableau/Smartsheets skills and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This is a full-time role based in PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decisions.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, implementing improvements to increase efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate with external sources to ensure accurate data and recommend process improvements.
• Provide business analysis support and document requirements for system changes.
• Promote continuous improvement by partnering with process owners to drive results.
