Job summary

Turtle And Hughes is seeking a Corporate Operations Associate in Clark, NJ to provide administrative and operational support across the Corporate Operations team. This role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

You will collaborate with branch personnel, sales, customer service, and accounting to ensure timely issue resolution and quality of documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in business/ops field preferred.
• 2–4 years of admin/ops experience.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute daily operational reports.
• Analyze inventory, sales, and operations data to inform decisions.
• Conduct branch activity reviews and assist with audits.
• Support sales by researching order issues and providing reports.
• Process order corrections, pricing discrepancies, and memo reconciliations.
• Maintain and update operational records and documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues promptly.
