Qualifications

• High-school diploma or higher preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of administrative, operations, customer service, or business support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute daily operational reports.
• Analyze operational, inventory, and sales-related data and provide recommendations.
• Perform branch activity reviews and assist with operational audits.
• Support the sales organization by researching order issues, providing reporting, and assisting with customer service requests.
• Review and process order corrections, pricing discrepancies, inventory adjustments, and memo account reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and exception reports, coordinating with sales and branch teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain operational records.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure timely issue resolution and effective communication.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives assigned by management.
• Assist with training and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
