Job summary

Turtle, an established electrical distribution company headquartered in Clark, NJ, seeks a Corporate Operations Associate to support the Corporate Operations team. The role focuses on reporting, sales support, order and inventory corrections, audits, data analysis, and special projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring an associate or bachelor's in business/operations or related field, with strong MS Office and ERP experience, and the ability to work across departments

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or higher in a related field preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Operations team.
• Generate and review company-wide reports, support sales, and handle order/inventory corrections.
• Assist with data analysis, audits, and special projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with branches, sales, accounting, and customer service to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support training and documentation of standard operating procedures.
