Qualificações

• One year of data processing experience (excluding data entry) or batch job operations experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Triage batch job failures and monitor queue health.
• Create user requests and quality assurance tickets for produced documents.
• Verify batch job processing using ISP's automatic scheduler (OPCon).
• Communicate with customers and users in written and verbal form.
