Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program is seeking an OPS - Operations Analyst II to monitor and manage batch processing in Tallahassee. The role requires coordinating Cherwell tickets, batch jobs, and SAP-related requests to ensure timely processing.

Candidates must have data processing and customer service experience, with strong written and verbal communication. Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, on-site at the Tallahassee campus.

Qualifications

• One year of data processing experience (excluding data entry) or batch job operations experience.
• Two years of customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and users in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Cherwell ticketing queue for the department.
• Review and update batch job requests using Cherwell variants with SAP.
• Triaging batch job failures and creating user requests and QA tickets for produced documents.
• Verify batch job processing through ISP's automatic job scheduler software (OPCon).
