Job summary

Florida Department of Revenue is seeking an OPS EDP Technician for the Production Control unit in Tallahassee, FL. The role supports the nightly batch monitoring of the Child Support program using the OpCon scheduler, on a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule, Tuesday through Saturday.

The ideal candidate will monitor batch jobs, triage failures, handle user requests, and assist with forms processing, quality assurance, scanning, and form tracking as part of ISP’s Production Control team.

Qualifications

• One year of data processing or similar work (data handling, management, analysis) OR batch job operations experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors nightly and weekend critical batch processes for Child Support via ISP's OpCon scheduler.
• Identify and triage batch job failures and respond to user requests.
• Ensure quality assurance of printed forms, scanning, and tracking of forms.
