ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst I to support the Business Compliance team in Raleigh, NC. This onsite role focuses on documentation reviews, audit readiness, and process improvement within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, maintain compliance records, and prepare for internal and external audits. The contract spans 12 months with potential extension or conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience supporting business compliance, quality review, project operations, or audit readiness in regulated environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review records for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance remediation by reviewing docs and ensuring internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Review compliance docs, project records, and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA & Regulatory Affairs to prep for audits, keeping records audit-ready.
• Maintain and organize compliance records, checklists, and process documents.
• Identify gaps and deficiencies and coordinate actions with business owners for timely fixes.

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and regulatory compliance sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst I to join their team. As an Operations Analyst I, you will be part of the Business Compliance team supporting project operations and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Role: Operations Analyst I/Compliance Operations Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC. 27607- Onsite role
Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension/ conversion

Pay Rate: $25 - $27.50/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Support business compliance remediation efforts by reviewing documentation and ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct standard reviews of compliance documentation, project records, and supporting materials to confirm completeness and accuracy.
• Partner with Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) to prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are organized and audit-ready.
• Maintain and organize compliance-related records, checklists, and process documents to support ongoing operational excellence.
• Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and control deficiencies, then coordinate follow-up actions with relevant business owners to ensure timely resolution.
