Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a utility industry client. The role focuses on maintaining a large database of regulatory obligations, validating citations, and ensuring data accuracy.

You will support a Microsoft Access-based application rollout and collaborate with the compliance team to sustain data integrity. The ideal candidate has a background in compliance, legal research, regulatory affairs, or other regulated environments and enjoys investigative data work.

Qualifications

• Background in regulatory compliance, legal research, regulatory affairs, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience locating and reviewing source citations and verifying compliance obligations against regulatory documents.
• Ability to train or coach end users on new applications and support data validation.
• Experience supporting database migrations, system implementations, or rollouts of new tools.

• Research and validate regulatory source citations and supporting documentation.

• Review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; fix issues.
• Standardize naming conventions and database records for integrity.
• Support rollout and adoption of a new Microsoft Access-based application.
• Perform ongoing data cleanup and quality assurance in collaboration with the team.

Experience within banking, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, energy, or other heavily regulated industries

Experience supporting database migrations or system implementations

Standardize naming conventions and database records

Assist with end-user support and training as needed

Compensation: up to $34/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
