Job summary

IDEX is seeking an Operations Analyst to support manufacturing operations, focusing on work order reconciliation, data integrity, and process improvements. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure accurate reporting and effective execution of business objectives.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and involves collaboration across manufacturing teams, cycle counts, and data maintenance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for material usage, labor reporting, routing times, and data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve work order discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing data for accuracy.
