Job summary

IDEX is seeking an Operations Analyst to support work order reconciliation, data integrity, and cost-focused process improvements across manufacturing. You will collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure accurate reporting and effective execution of business objectives.

The role emphasizes data analysis, RCCM alignment, and participation in New Product Launches, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business/ops/scm or related field preferred.
• Intermediate Excel for organizing, analyzing, and maintaining data.
• Experience with work orders, BOMs, routings, or production data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to verify material usage, labor reporting, and data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve work order discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain Bills of Materials, routing data and related manufacturing records.
• Identify material usage variances and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Support Engineering Change Requests and update manufacturing data as directed.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to ensure data integrity and RCCM.
