Job summary

Old World Industries is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide comprehensive operational analysis, data extraction, and reporting support for the Customer Operations team. You will develop and maintain reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational analysis, data extraction, preparation, master data entry, and operational reporting support to the Customer Operations team.
• Develop, maintain, and validate reports to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and improve KPIs.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline operations.
• Review and validate customer compliance deductions, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions to reduce fines and prevent recurrence.
