Job summary

IDEX seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist to own pricing governance, analytics, CRM adoption, and standard reporting within the Pneumatics Platform. You will translate commercial decisions into system-ready updates and sustain dashboards used by sales, finance, operations, and product management.

This role requires strong data discipline, analytical ability, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, CRM, and ERP reporting tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, economics, finance, analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial operations, pricing support, sales analytics or CRM administration.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, ERP/CRM reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing governance and execution, including templates, audit trails, and reviews.
• Maintain 80/20 analytics, customer/product segmentation, and recurring dashboards.
• Govern CRM data quality, opportunity hygiene, and reporting inputs.
• Document SOPs, governance routines, and process controls for commercial excellence.
• Partner cross‑functionally with sales, finance, operations, IT, and product management.
