What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily/weekly reconciliation reports for clients
- Assist more experienced analysts in root cause analysis of reconciliation process issues
- Identify basic out-of-reconciliation issues and draft communications to clients regarding their status
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss action plans for reconciliation challenges
- Maintain historical financial reporting and track issues through resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including advanced features
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Basic knowledge of international financial reconciliation practices
- Certification in London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
