What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data, producing daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist experienced analysts in completing root cause analysis for identified reconciliation issues
- Identify basic out-of-reconciliation issues and support resolution efforts
- Understand and assist with processes and system changes impacting reconciliation
- Maintain a history of financial reporting and track the status of issues through resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Typically a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Basic knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation within the financial industry
- Qualification in London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
