What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Support experienced analysts in the production of reports detailing potential financial impacts from out-of-reconciliation issues
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic out-of-reconciliation issues and draft communications regarding client-related issues
- Participate in understanding developed processes and system changes impacting reconciliation
- Finalize internal forms and track issue statuses through resolution, maintaining financial reporting history for management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including advanced features like macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes
