What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist experienced analysts in root cause analysis of reconciliation issues and support the resolution process
- Draft communications to clients regarding the status of identified client-related issues
- Finalize internal forms and track the status of issues through resolution
- Maintain a history of financial reporting for review by senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including knowledge of macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Knowledge of international accounting standards, such as LCCI Higher Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
