What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and manage a system reconciliation service for company clients
- Extract and compile financial data, producing daily and weekly reconciliation reports
- Assist in root cause analysis of out-of-reconciliation issues and implement action plans
- Draft communications to clients regarding the status of identified issues
- Maintain a history of financial reporting and provide it to senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Familiarity with auditing and bookkeeping rules and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
- Basic knowledge of financial audit rules and processes
- International qualifications such as LCCI Higher Accounting
- Experience with process improvements in reconciliation systems
