What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily/weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist experienced analysts in performing root cause analysis of reconciliation issues
- Identify basic out-of-reconciliation issues and assist in their resolution
- Finalize internal forms and track issues through resolution with the helpdesk
- Maintain a history of financial reporting for senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Knowledge of financial audit rules and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Understanding of bookkeeping rules and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation
- Basic knowledge and experience in financial reconciliation within the financial industry
- Qualification in London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
