Innova Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract in Cohoes, NY. The role focuses on reviewing and approving client requests, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating team tasks to meet policy requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This position is onsite five days a week in Cohoes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Comfort with Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Operations Analyst.

Position type: Contract, Duration: 6 Months, Location: Cohoes New York, Onsite: 5 Days onsite

Asan Operations Analyst You Will

• Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements.
• Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business.
• Perform quality reviews of other team members completed work and ensure data accuracy.
• Work across multiple systems and platforms.
• Interface with teams and businesses resolve on-going issues and answer specific policy questions.
• Provide support and work on special projects as requested.
• Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and elevate issues as appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Sound judgment and outstanding attention to detail.
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Preferred - Concentration in Finance or Business.

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range $25 - $30 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
