Innova Solutions is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level .NET Developer for a 12-month contract-to-hire role in Des Moines, IA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).

Responsibilities include developing full-stack apps with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, designing RESTful APIs, integrating front-end with back-end services, and applying OOP principles, testing, and secure coding. You’ll work in Agile/Scrum and use GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on .NET Full Stack development experience with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational design, performance and queries.
• Experience with unit/integration testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a .Net Developer(Junior/Mid-Level) Position type: Contract to hire Duration: 12 months contract to hire Location: WF Des Moines Iowa (Hybrid - 3days onsite & 2 days WFH)

• As a .Net Developer you will:
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end with backend services.
• Apply OOP principles and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and complex queries.
• Use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Implement test automation frameworks and support continuous testing practices.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities using secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to SDLC activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate will have:
• Hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Experience applying Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot, Devin (or similar AI coding tools)
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing and test automation tools.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $40 - $45 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
