Job summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Application Support.Position Type: Contract to Hire Duration: 12+ Months Location: Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Using ServiceNow for Tickets.
• Using confluence.
• Working with SQL and able to query.
• Working with Splunk logs and being able to look through.
• Provide 24/5 support to our global AWM users, supporting day-to-day maintenance of critical applications to ensure seamless business operations, sustained operational stability, resilience, and high availability.
• Using various AI bots for help.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits

• Pay Range*: $25-$30 per hour
• *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
