Job summary

Jani-King Gulf Coast is seeking an Operations Advisor to join our on-site team in New Orleans, LA. The role focuses on supporting Franchise Owners, visiting client sites, evaluating cleaning performance, and coaching teams to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, facilities management, or commercial cleaning.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with office software to track performance.
• Ability to work on-site in New Orleans, LA with regular travel to client sites.
• Knowledge of safety and quality practices in cleaning or facilities services is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in business/operations are a plus.
