We are seeking a motivatedOperations Manager to join ourSt. Louis Regional Office. This role is central to ensuring client satisfaction and operational success across the Greater St. Louis area. You'll work directly with franchise owners and clients, ensuring services meet expectations, new accounts launch smoothly, and local operations align with brand standards.

Position Summary

As an Operations Manager, you'll be the bridge between franchise owners, clients, and regional leadership. You'll strengthen customer relationships, guide franchise owners in delivering services that meet brand standards, and provide operational support for new business. This role combines fieldwork and client interaction with office-based planning and reporting. It's ahands-on position where your influence and expertise will help drive customer retention, service quality, and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building trust through regular communication and responsive support.
• Support Quality and Brand Standards: Conduct brand reviews with franchise owners, recommend improvements, and ensure services align with client expectations.
• Guide Account Startups: Help coordinate smooth launches of new accounts by supporting franchise owners with resources and operational planning.

• Partner with Sales: Join walkthroughs and proposals to provide operational input and ensure commitments match service capabilities.

• Promote Safety and Compliance: Reinforce company policies, OSHA requirements, and customer-specific standards across accounts.

Location and Work Environment

This position is based at ourJani-King St. Louis Regional Office:

St. Louis, MO 63146

You'll spend time in the office working with regional leadership, but much of your role will be out across theGreater St. Louis area meeting with clients and supporting franchise owners. This isnot a desk-bound role, expect a mix of planning, fieldwork, and face-to-face engagement. Occasionally, you may assist with light materials for client visits or regional events.
