Jani-King of St. Louis is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee regional cleaning operations across the Greater St. Louis area. You will collaborate with franchise owners and clients to ensure service quality, launch new accounts smoothly, and uphold brand standards.

The role blends fieldwork with planning, offering a hands-on leadership position that drives customer retention, service quality, and regional growth. Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 per year with potential bonus and commission.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Strong background in client relations and negotiations.
• Technical expertise in floor care and specialty services.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work one Saturday per month, at least one evening per month, and additional nights or weekends as business needs require.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel across the Greater St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Support quality and brand standards through regular reviews with franchise owners.
• Guide account startups and coordinate smooth launches with operational planning.
• Provide operational expertise in cleaning methods, floor care, and specialty services.
• Partner with sales during walkthroughs to ensure service capabilities meet commitments.
• Monitor account activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Promote safety and compliance with OSHA requirements and client standards.
