Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or operations management experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services.
• Bilingual

• Experience with operational software or ERP; WinTeam preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willingness to travel between customer sites

This role is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across multiple customer accounts, managing supervisors and field teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations and ensure all accounts are properly staffed, scheduled, and serviced according to contract requirements. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Develop and manage crew schedules, ensuring teams are equipped and prepared for each shift. Respond promptly to customer concerns, service requests, and escalations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts. Provide field support and cover staffing shortages when necessary.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and supervise crew supervisors and cleaning staff across multiple accounts. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees and future leaders. Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, and workplace conduct. Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations matters.

Financial Management

Monitor labor costs, supply expenses, and overall branch performance against budget. Review and approve employee timecards through WinTeam. Provide regular operational and financial updates to the Director of Operations. Manage purchasing of supplies and equipment within approved budgets. Assist in annual budget planning and forecasting.

Compliance & Operational Systems

Utilize WinTeam and other operational systems for scheduling, timekeeping, reporting, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety regulations. Maintain records for equipment, vehicles, and supplies. Investigate accidents, customer complaints, and safety incidents while implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory or operations management experience in the commercial janitorial, facilities, or cleaning services industry.
• Bilingual
• Proven experience leading and developing hourly field-based employees.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage labor budgets, costs, and operational metrics.
• Experience with operational software or ERP systems; WinTeam experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel between customer sites regularly.
• Flexibility to work evenings and nights as needed.
